Lawn Chair Kings is the first full release from the band, Lawn Chair Kings. Back in the Summer of Love (2006), a group of musicians sought out freedom and expression under the guise of “western garage”. Features the monster hits, “Trailer Park”, “Ninety Years”, and “Old Red Car”. The musicians include Dan Leek (bass and vocals), Steve Mendias (drums, percussion, saw, and vocals), Erik Nordstrom (vocals, guitar, harmonica, and mandolin), and Steve Stokes (guitar and vocals). Special guests include Anders Beck (lap steel), Chris Ross (trumpet), Bryant Liggett (banjo), Samuel, River, and Jonathan Young (ice cream scream), Paul Young (broken glass), and some patrons of El Rancho. Recorded, mixed, and produced by Lawn Chair Kings. The stunning graphics were done by Rosie Carter. Quickly becoming a vintage collector’s item as time marches on!
